Options include shipping time, packaging, labeling, shipping cost on delivery. Shipping procedure: the client sends his request and proceeds to carry out pro forma, at the time the payment is confirmed, taking into account that if it is before noon, the preparation is carried out immediately, otherwise it will be on the day following and the business days will run with one extra day from the day of request.

Shipping costs vary depending on the method chosen and the recipient's location. The costs will be clearly indicated at the time of placing your order, the value of this must be assumed by the client or sometimes depending on a mutual agreement.

Estimated delivery times are 1 to 4 business days for national shipments depending on the destination and 5 to 10 business days for international shipments. These deadlines may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, taking into account that the day of the request is not included in these shipping days.

Once the sale value is paid, your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 business days of receiving the product, as long as it is in original and unused condition. For delivery directly to the client by Mr Buffel, confirmation of quantities is requested from the recipient at the same time of delivery, where both parties are, both as client and seller, in order to address the disagreement presented.
